We offer our signature high-intensity pilates-inspired class called Ramp40 and our hybrid cardio workout, Rize30. In each class you will increase flexibility, strength, core balance, and endurance. RAMP40

Ramp40 classes use a modern Pilates reformer. You will move seamlessly & quickly from one exercise to the next to maintain a higher heart rate which will improve your cardivascular system and build lean muscle and strength. Ramp40 workouts incorporate both strength and cardio training, allowing the body to move with an effective and greater intensity while staying low impact on the joints… you will quiver, you will sweat, and you will have fun as you progress into being your absolute strongest version. Everyone can do it, you just need the will to try!

THE RESULTS

There is no sugarcoating it, slow intentional movements, quick transitions and constant engagement of your core, create leaner, stronger, more flexible bodies. Each session will burn 500-800 calories and continually stretch your fitness limits. And the best part? You’ll have fun doing it!

RIZE30 (only in Sewickley)

Rize30 is a 30-minute choreographed, high-tempo vertical climbing class. Climbing activates all major muscle groups of the body simultaneously, making our workout the most effective calorie burner on the market. This class is a boredom-busting, music-pumping, sweat-drenched session where you will climb hundreds (and thousands) of vertical feet in only 30-minutes.
